we provide you with a series of options for ongoing support based on your anticipated
All packaged products come with a one year automatic software update service included
as part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) which includes e-mail support at
no additional cost.
Further agreements can be entered into once the first year license agreement is
due for renewal.
For custom projects we offer three options:
- As needs dictate
- Prepaid annual support as part of the Application Integration Services contract.
- Premium support including annual user group meetings.
