Product information
Each product has a brief description which is displayed under its title. If you click the product image a quick specification sheet will appear in a floating window. In the case of software offerings this sheet lists information such as product contents and system requirements. In the case of tags or readers it lists functional specifications (where available).

Below the brief description is ‘click here to learn more’ this directs you to product brochure with information on its application, features and benefits. In the case of readers and tags it directs you to the full product specification (where available).

Please note that the software product images are illustrations only and the packaging is subject to change. The products are packed in the most cost effective means possible to reduce freight charges. Be assured there will be no change to the product specifications or functionality.
Step one
The product list enables you to both select items as a precursor to receiving further information, or ordering.

You are able to select all the items that interest you in a continuous process. The product page is updated between each selection to reflect your current status.

If you are seeking additional information, select the products of interest by checking the product interest checkbox. If you wish to receive information on bulk purchases, enter the number required in the Qty (Quantity) box and check the product interest checkbox. Then either select the next product of interest or move to Step 2.

If you want to buy the product, enter the number required in the Qty (Quantity) box, and select the Order check box. Then either repeat the process for additional items, or move to Step 2.

To review the products you have selected, click on the Review Basket icon. You can return to the product list from the review page. Once you have finalised the selection process, move on to Step 2.
Step two
Fill in the fields detailing your name, address, suburb, city and other contact details. These fields are required. Please review the products you’ve selected to either receive further information on, or order.
Where prices are quoted, they are in AUD and exclude GST. We use FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on the best price we can get for you at the time of shipping.

Verify that the details are correct, and if purchasing, move to Step 3.

If you are requesting information only, one of our customer relationship team will contact you.
Step three
Once you have submitted your order you can opt to receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Because we are importing the products, prices are subject to currency fluctuations, shipping and insurance costs. One of our sales team will contact you to confirm the price, payment arrangements and delivery details. All prices will include shipping, insurance & GST and will be detailed on your invoice.

Once the price has been confirmed, we will invoice you and when we are in receipt of your funds we will arrange for shipment.
Electronic Funds Transfer

You can arrange to have your funds directly credited to our account via your bank. We will advise you at the time of purchase of our BSB and Account number.

Please note that orders of less than $1000 will attract an international funds transfer fee of $50.00
At the time of shipping we will email you with the Fed Ex, DHL or UPS tracking no and contact you once you’ve received the goods to ensure you’ve received what you ordered.
